Question: Will Tension cause Throat Infection

Really I am very thankfull if any one can help in this .
When I was studying 7th standard suddendly unknowing I have done mastrubation
At that age I don't know what it is(mastrubation) and I fear telling it to my parents
these are following consequesences I have faced:
1. Every day I used to fear that I am having serious health problem and am going to die
2. I cann't tell that to any body
3.
This Fear longed for 5 years with out telling to any body
4.
Then I come to know that mastrubation is not a mistake in my 11th standard
5. But every night unknowing that sperm white liquid is used to leaked and even today it is happening so
6.
I even know that it is not a problem
7.
Because of this some times I wanted to die but it is not possible for me
Now I am facing the following problems
1.
Every night when I am a sleep white liquid gets leaked(sperm) in the morning I am having severe throat pain 2.
I feel that this is the only cause for that .....
These are the Symtoms now I am facing :
1.Often I used to get throat infection
2.
I often I used to get Cought
3.
if I have any exams near I used to Fever
3.
People around me get Cough(I think it is because of me)
4.
Often I used to face gastreic problem
5Head ache
6.
I feel that I am having some disorder in phsycal health.
7.
I cann't able to trace out where it going wrong
Because of this I cann't able to mingle with others
and every day Headache and throat infection.
Severe Tension
When any thing serious I want to do I will fart with bad smell and I have to go for tiolet
Now I am a software engineer but I am enjoying job my friends are enjoying and that too
I am from a poor family

dear, what happened past please try to forgette , due to this u r suffering from what I say tension Cough, throat infection, yes I see many patients who r suffering from Cough, throat infection, Headache only due to mild tension, Please try , tofranil tab 25mg tds be happy if any thing , drsirajahmed@hotmail.
com
